Medium-fine (similar to table salt)
Brew Time
2.5 to 3.5 minutes
Basic Steps
- Place filter in dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add coffee grounds and level the bed
- Bloom with 2x coffee weight in water for 30 seconds
- Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions
- Allow to draw down completely
French Press Brewing
Full-bodied, rich, and textured coffee
Coffee to Water Ratio
1:15 to 1:16 (e.g., 30g coffee to 450-480g water)
Water Temperature
90-94°C (194-201°F)
Grind Size
Coarse (similar to breadcrumbs)
Brew Time
4 minutes
Basic Steps
- Add coffee grounds to clean French press
- Pour hot water over all grounds, ensuring all are saturated
- Stir gently, place lid with plunger up
- Wait 4 minutes, then press slowly and steadily
- Serve immediately to avoid over-extraction
Moka Pot Brewing
Strong, espresso-like coffee for stovetop

Fill basket without tamping

Use hot water from the start

Cold Brew
